No, you may cancel your cleaning at any time. Because of this, first cleanings are billed hourly.
We take them seriously. We believe our clients deserve to get the services they pay for without the hassle of managing more staff. If there is anything we can do better, we want to know.
Our staff carries access items (keys, badges, etc.) on their person, never provides access to a space by someone not on our team, and do not carry access items home with them.
Yes, we can also quote a consumables package so you don’t have to store, inventory, or shop for paper goods, soaps, etc.
Your service will stop at the end of the billing cycle for the following month. We simply require 30 days’ notice.
Ad hoc cleaning tasks may have additional fees. However, clear written communication for the request and agreement from you is required before moving forward. No one deserves surprise fees.
